How much is the hardware kit?

One-time $699 per device — includes iPad 10th gen refurb, anti-theft kiosk enclosure, floor stand, ring light, mount, and cables. Founder installs on-site in under 30 minutes.

Which plan should most restaurants pick?

Pro ($149/mo) for most single locations — 5 frames, email/SMS capture, weekly SMS recap, social tag tracking. Basic ($79) for entry-level. Premium ($299) for multi-location or chain owners.

Is there a pilot discount?

First 3 months at 25% off. Conversion decision happens at Day 85 in an in-person meeting. No effect, no fee — we pick up the hardware.

Is there a contract or cancellation fee?

Month-to-month, cancel anytime. We pick up hardware we supplied. No contract — just a one-page owner sign-off for the install.

Can I change frames?

Basic gets 1 frame, Pro gets 5, Premium gets unlimited with seasonal auto-rotation. Extra swaps: $49 each, ~2 business days.

Does staff need to manage anything?

Nothing. Guests run it themselves. Remote monitoring and weekly SMS recaps mean the owner never needs to log into a dashboard.

Do you work with chains?

Absolutely. Chains are welcome — start with Premium ($299/mo) which includes the multi-location dashboard, Toast/Square integration, and seasonal auto-rotation. Custom manufacturing and enterprise setups are also available. Contact us for details.
